Presented "Assessment in the Visual Arts" educational session for teachers from K - 12 on meeting state and national standards through a variety of assessment strategies. 2009


Staff Development Consultant, Griffin Center for Inspired Instruction, Denver, CO

Provide consulting services related to staff development and evaluative research, in the fields of visual arts integration for K - 12 educators. 2009

Director and Curator, Seip Gallery, Joline Arts Center: managed installations and publicity for ongoing Seip Gallery exhibitions of local artists, visiting international artists, students and faculty. 2004 -2007


Chaired steering committee instituting higher education "partnership" with New York's School of Visual Arts. This partnership established what is now an annual “Summer Institute in the Berkshires Program” at the Joline Arts Center on the Darrow School campus in New Lebanon, NY. 2005 – 2007


Instituted new strategic marketing plan cultivating relationships with community business leaders and organizations. These relationships established the Joline Arts Center Gallery as a community center for lectures, quarterly conferences and award functions that brought potential students, donors, and a revenue stream that was able to sustain the facility resulted in costs. 2004 - 2007

Academic Project Coordinator, Moving Image Arts Student Internship, Joline Arts Center: Created and managed student internship as filming assistants with professional documentary film crew from Visiting Artist, Ted Timerick Productions. 2007

Idea Grant Receipt, Southwest Washington Educators Community Commission, I created an educational field experience partnering senior citizens and high risk adolescents through an Art Ambassador Program Grant. 2002

, Academic Support and Challenge Summer Institute: Program targeting high risk New York City metropolitan secondary level students. Instituted summer college community-based education program designed for adolescents with a history of difficulty in their urban school environments. 1982
